Delivery and Shipping

  • We offer shipping within Singapore only.
  • All deliveries are estimated to be delivered between 7 to 14 business days, i.e. not including public holidays or weekends.
  • There may be a delay during peak periods.
  • All orders are shipped from overseas, and may be subjected to unforeseen delays. We will update you if such situation arises.
  • Your precious Shine & Bloom jewellery will be carefully nestled in our signature packaging, ensuring its safe and elegant arrival.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Earrings are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
  • All purchases made can only be refunded under the following conditions:
    • Faulty product
    • Missing items on the product
    • Within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
